Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience: 0-1 year
Job Role: We are seeking a, experienced, proven and self motivated
Business Development Executive (BDE) to help drive and support
our business and revenue growth initiatives with new clients. Ideal candidates will
possess: complete Knowledge and understanding of Web services, IT & HR Products.
Also have Enterprise and IT business knowledge, exceptional customer service and
client management expertise, proven track record in both spearheading and supporting
business development initiatives, exceptional team player in the high-tech services
sector.
Job Capabilities & Expectations:

Identify and qualify prospects via phone or in-person; accurately identifying
key decision makers and business needs of both domestic & international markets.

Self generate opportunities via performing research, following up on leads, cold
calling, networking at various vendor meetings, SIGs, conferences, etc

Develop, nurture and maintain relationships with many levels of contacts, including
senior level business and technical decision makers
-
Communicate new account opportunities accurately and in a timely fashion with
appropriate NRIYP management.

Prospect and engage new clients to ascertain their business and product goals
(including but not limited to: product line descriptions, testing or writing services
needed, project schedules, project volumes, current and future skill-set requirements,
infrastructure dependencies, business model landscapes today and
forward looking, competitive analysis, etc.)

Serve as the primary client and internal escalation point

Must be a go-getter. Must have a strong desire and enjoy Marketing and Business
Development.

Have the ability to create and nurture relationships with Business Managers.

Participate in IT Forums, seminars and generate relationships with Business Managers.
Education and Qualifications:

MBA in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration, preferred

Other applicable sales certification or training programs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (i.e. both in a traditional
sense and also related to technical professional documentation)

Exceptional business management skills (negotiations, proposals, accounts receivable,
forecasting, expense management, business case creation, etc.)

In depth understanding
of Enterprise and IT business market strategies, trends, company cultures

Proven ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and existing accounts simultaneously
