1 salmon (whole and cleaned)
250 ml fish stock/wine
1 lemon
1/2 kg cooked prawns
2 sliced cucumbers
1/2 kg tomatoes

Method :

|
Arrange the fish in a tin. Pour the stock and add lemons. Cover with foil and poach at 170 degrees c for 35-40 minutes.
